Once your trip is confirmed with Peace Nepal Treks, here's what to expect.

Trip Preparation

Agreement: After signing the contract with us, we confirm your trekking tour.

Physical Preparation

Cardio: Do 30 minutes of walking, running, or cycling 3-4 times a week.
Leg Strength: Include stair climbing, lunges, and squats.
Stamina: Gradually increase trek time and difficulty.
Hiking: Practice hiking on uneven ground with a backpack.
Stretching: Stretch legs, hips, and lower back to reduce injuries.
Altitude: Train at higher altitudes or spend time in high areas if possible.

Trip Information

You will receive all the necessary details about accommodation, transportation, and the itinerary. We’ll help with any last-minute preparations, such as flight bookings or documents.

Flight and Passport Details

Please send us your flight arrival and departure details, so we can meet you at the airport. A passport copy is needed for permits and official work.

Tourist Visa Fees for Nepal

Tourists visiting Nepal can obtain a visa either on arrival or through an online application. Below are the fees:

• 15 Days: USD 30
• 30 Days: USD 50
• 90 Days: USD 125

Important Notes

• Payment must be made in cash (USD or equivalent currency) at the immigration counter.
• Ensure your passport has at least 6 months of validity and a blank page for the visa stamp.
• For online applications, visit Nepal's Department of Immigration website to complete the form and avoid long queues upon arrival.

Arrival in Kathmandu

Upon arrival, we will greet you at the airport with a sign displaying your name and "Peace Nepal Treks" and transfer you to your hotel. Afterward, a briefing session will be held to review the trip details and introduce your guide and porters.

During the Trek

Our team will ensure your safety and comfort throughout the trek. We will check in regularly to ensure everything is going smoothly.

Emergency Assistance

We are always available to assist in case of an emergency. Make sure to have insurance and share the details with us.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is compulsory for all clients trekking or climbing with us. Your insurance must cover:

• Accidents and injuries
• Altitude sickness
• Ambulance and helicopter rescue (if needed)

Please carry a copy of your insurance papers while traveling in Nepal and provide us with a copy. This helps us arrange necessary support quickly in case of emergencies.

End of the Trek

After the trek, we’ll help with transportation and flight arrangements back to Kathmandu for your onward journey.
