Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Peace Nepal Treks, we aim to provide clarity and fairness in our cancellation and refund process. Please read the following terms carefully.
If you cancel the trip before you arrive in Nepal, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid. The refund will be processed as quickly as possible and returned directly. There is no doubt regarding the return of your payment.
No refund will be provided if you cancel the trip after starting the trek due to health or other personal reasons. This is because expenses such as the full wages for guides/porters, flight tickets, permit fees, bus tickets, and other transportation costs will have already been incurred.
If Peace Nepal Treks cancels your trip due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability), you can choose from.
A full refund of the trip cost, or A rescheduled trip on a mutually agreed date.
