Peace Nepal Treks Pvt. Ltd. is a Government recognized and registered Trekking Company. We will accept your bookings under the following terms and conditions:
Advance Payment: Should you wish to confirm a holiday with us the normal procedure is that we send you a letter of agreement between Peace Nepal Treks Pvt. Ltd and yourself. The agreement can be sent back by fax after being signed upon, along with a non-refundable deposit of 25% which guarantees your booking. The deposit made can be transferred to any other itinerary for the next 12 months.
We require the advance payment to secure hotel rooms, domestic flights and bus seats during peak seasons. We are happy to receive the rest of the payment after your arrival in Kathmandu. We do take last minute bookings too but full payment is required in case of such bookings.
Required documents from clients: Copy of the passport and a passport-sized photograph (scanned and emailed or a hard copy is fine).
Although Peace Nepal Treks tries its best to make your holiday the most memorable one so far, events such as landslides, flight delays, political demonstrations, and strikes may prevent us from doing so. Such events are beyond our control and we do not take any responsibility for these events. However, we will do anything we can in difficult circumstances.
Travel Insurances are compulsory for clients trekking or climbing with us. The insurance should cover you in case of emergencies like accidents, altitude sickness, and ambulance and helicopter rescue charges if required. Please carry a copy of your insurance papers while traveling in Nepal and do send us a copy as well. This will help us in making all the necessary arrangements in case of any sort of emergencies.
