Driel, I live in the Netherlands and I'm
a repeat customer of Peace Nepal Treks
(p) Ltd. In 2002 my girlfriend and I and
two friends wanted to do the Manaslu Circuit
Trek in Nepal. We emailed a few trekking
companies in Nepal but Peace Nepal Treks
(p) Ltd. turned out to be one of the quickest
in response and they offered a very nice
itinerary at a good price. The services
of Peace Nepal Treks were so excellent.
We had an experienced guide, a great cook
and the staff turned out to be very friendly
and helpful. In 2003 my girlfriend and
I planned a 6 months world travel that
would start in Nepal. Without hesitation
we wanted to do a trek with Peace Nepal
Treks again, this time we went to Dolpo.
Again, it lived up to all our expectations.
In the past I have done treks in North
America, South America and Africa and
these guys belong to the best. I would
recommend them to an
one, both experienced
and inexperienced trekkers.
Personally I always carry
my backpack myself but this is not mandatory
at all, you can also only carry a daypack.

of treks for both the starters and the
die hards and of course every type of

To Whom It May Concern
In July, this year we
started sending for Nepal trekking through
Internet. We e-mailed as several companies
in Nepal. What was different with the
above mentioned company and the others
was: Responding time, we wrote one day
and received answer the other day –
second good: English and third, as we
are Dutch, good price.
We received all in well.
The Trekking, three weeks Manaslu was
excellent. Excellent Cook ( Mr. Chhewang
Tamang), Very Excellent guide with excellent
experienced ( Mr. Nir Lama, which is the
owner of Peace Nepal Treks (p) Ltd), Very
clean porters and staff, they wash them
self a lots. They as do we, liked the
creativity along the way so we also camped
in a courtyard. All in all a very good
trip for us. We got what we agreed on
through internet.

All my dear friends,
Life is like eating chocolate;
you’ll never know what kind of tasting
put in your mouth! This journey didn’t
follow our expectable schedule such as
we missed our baggages; we couldn’t
contact with the local guide of my friend
introduction on time! Trekking (we just
think about only one day return and soon)
that day 10th April 2004”by accident,
we went to a small alley and we heard
the voice with Taiwanese accent on the
phone (Mr. Lama), completely re-write
our traveling story but he opened the
curtain raiser of the Nepal trip, when
I look back on this trip. It happened
so naturally, interesting and funny. To
enjoy the simple but deep life; sometime
I felt I’m Nepalese.
To review near one month
living; I like “those trekking days”
best!!!
Lama:- Looked after us
cooking Taiwanese food, took us to the
local kitchen in order to keep warm and
watched the chef cooking I don’t
have these kind of experience in my life
sometime like a child when he laugh so
could you keep laughing all the time it’s
good for you!!!
Bren ( My son):-He is
good at singing and dancing especially
when he enjoy himself very much and had
a good facial expression I just wanna
a call him “No1=Bren
Those were the days, Bren did give expression
in his eyes I learned the folk song from
him and shouted of joy, funny, crazy.
It’s the best way to communicate
without any languages. Sometime I heard
these two guys (Lama & Bren) were
chatting like “men are talking”.
They were giggling at their jokes (just
only said two sentences then Ha…
Ha….. Ha….) I did deeply realized
Nepalese presses a remarkable talent for
making jokes
Neil:-Such attentive,
patience are characteristics of him most
of men lack this part. He explained the
scheduled of journey with a cheerful smile
on his face. It’s a marvel that
the speed of trying. He is a good phraseologies
and a walking dictionary sometimes he
said guan-guan (sightseeing); chi-choo
(have a seat);Xian-Xian(thanks) in Chinese
we felt so cordial thanks for helping
every time in Nepal.
I’m very fond of
traveling. This experience likes “I’m
addicted to drink coffee” unprecedented
experience and different feeling in every
day (such as I argued with Kuo-Kuo in
Tulsi Hotel. The waiter war nervous and
scared of us to cause the funny thing
I have a deep impression on this waiter.
When I was sick Kuo-Kuo
looked after me tenderly, she carried
two eggs carefully in order to cook good
food for me and called me on time to take
medicine. I’m so touched ( I wanna
cry….cry…….cry!) if
man married to her (Kuo—Kuo). This
guy will be the best lucky man. I do promise
this guy will smile all the time!!!

Finally, well come to
Taiwan, we will treat you ok!!!

Again…….similar
to many Peace Nepal Trekking previous
customers I have found Peace Nepal Trekking
after I have sent a number of email out
to Nepalese website to search for most
competitive price. Lama has been quick
reply with most satisfied answer explanation
when I have different expectation. We
are very happy with our friend choice.
Late, I have found out there are lots
of family involvement that makes Peace
Nepal Trekking different from other companies
in my opinion.
There are D.B. Lama &
Nir Lama they are management, there are
uncle & cousins that are either guide
or porters and work in the team. They
have so may good people behind the team.
We are not only happy about the price,
we are also happy about the quality of
the place we have visited.

Tiger residency resort at chitwan National
Park fantastic food… also they own
2 elephants that they allow guest to play
with them during their bath time this
is a totally unforgettable experiences.
Anyway…from
our experience this trip

3) Value for money

Madhav and the member of Peace Nepal Treks
Yesterday Anja and me
arrived in Kathmandu after a wonderful
trek to Langtang, Gosainkunda and Helambu
our guide Madhav and porter Maan were
pleasant and kind people who always gave
us any freedom to discuss about the route,
lodges and road.
Our trekking a very beautiful one I can
recommend to face Holland again we have
sure we are coming back.
Last but not at least

- Take care about the equipment of the
porter (Better shoes if the weather is
bad and if there is snow)
- Take care to less the Base Camp clean
after rearing the place
- Ask customer before departure in trekking
about what they need for example we don't
need table and chair or tomatoes ketchup,
some thing very heavy for the porters.
We perfect they carry good shoes for them.
