TOUR PAYMENT:
Payment should be made in advance either in cash
or T.C prior to the commencement of the tour or
it should be transferred to our following account
& a copy of bank remittance
should be faxed to us.

Druk
Air Reservation Procedure During High Seasons –
March/April/May & September/October/November
:
These months are peak season and flight seats and
other related services are very difficult to confirm.
These six months are considered as embargo period
by the Druk-Air, 100% deposit is to be made against
group bookings at least 45 days prior to the trip
with a non-refundable condition. We confirm tour
only once the flight seats get confirmed.
• Block booking without names will not be
accepted
• 10% name change will be accepted. Any
changes beyond 10% will treated as fresh booking.
• Reservation will be accepted on deposit
of full fare payment.
• Dummy name booking will not be accepted.
• Druk Air assumes no responsibility for
passengers being off loaded due to invalid travel
documents.
• Time limit for purchase of ticket will
be 30 days prior of travel
• Failure to purchase ticket within time
limit will result in automatic cancellation of
reservation.
• Priority on reservation will be given
on purchase of ticket.
Cancellation Charges:
- Cancellation made in case of
requested/wait-listed ticket – Nil charge
